Thanks for your shout - I agree that us open source CEOs are liable to become meaner and more ornery as we become more successful and our egos become dangerously swollen. For right now, though, we are in a kind of golden age where chivalry is not yet dead. The inevitable consolidation you mention may well change behaviors too ;-)
